Miami Gay Parade

2025 was my first time attending the Miami Pride event. Philip and the crew teamed up with the youth from V1 church, and together we had an unforgettable time! Surrounded by the beauty of the ocean and city skyline, we found ourselves right in the middle of a harvest field ripe for the picking.

Parking was far from the event, so on our way we shared the Gospel in the streets and restaurants of Miami Beach, striking up conversations and praying with people wherever we went.

One man we connected with said he wanted to pray in tongues. Later he met us at the Airbnb, where we opened the Bible and walked him through the purpose and power of the gift. After a time of worship and prayer, he received and began praying in tongues!

In the evenings, we set up at the event and worshipped well into the night, watching God do what only He can do. One attendee shared how he’d searched for meaning in relationships, only to be left empty—until that night. Their heart, like so many others, was ready to receive.

We preached the truth in love and witnessed 243 people give their lives to Jesus. All glory to God!
